We have just finished reading The Gizmo and The Gizmo Again by Paul Jennings.
We though the books were funny and the characters were really interesting.

Hi Everyone

We just had our Easter break and had great experiences. We have all written a snapshot about one event.  We are each going to share a favourite part on our blog. Please reply to one of our writers if you particularly like their writing,  have a suggestion or would like to share your event.

I can feel my heart pumping and my face getting hotter and hotter as I struggle up the last part of the walk to the lookout. The steps are rocky, uneven and very steep.  I keep repeating to myself hoping it will be true, “The view will be worth the effort.”  Finally using the hand rail I pull myself to the top and step out onto the small iron platform jutting from the cliff.  Ms Bonde

We have just had our Athletics Carnival which was a great experience even though it was really hot.  I was thinking about what parts of it will be a memory that you keep for a long time.

I remember a school athletics carnival that I went to in primary school.  I remember really feeling like I belonged when I was singing the house chant.   My house was called Leven (after the Leven River) and it was blue house.

Holidays
I had a relaxing holiday and a highlight for me was going to the beach.  We went to the East Coast of Tasmania for five days where the house we stayed at had a view of the beautiful blue water.   I took our two dogs Jock and Bessie.  They had a great time swimming and playing in the surf.  Aren’t they cute?
